Establishing yourself as a patient of record

If you would like to become an established patient with Grand Avenue Dental Center you will need to have a full set of x-rays that include images of every tooth in your mouth. If you have had a full set of x-rays done with your previous dentist within the last 2 years, please have these images forwarded on to our office (fax: (307) 742-0727 or email: drdoser@gmail.com). X-rays will be followed by a comprehensive exam in which gum and bone health will be evaluated and an inventory of all previous restorative work will be documented. These procedures ensure that you are informed of the condition of your oral health and provide the doctor with the necessary information to present you with a treatment plan. After the x-rays and exam are complete we will recommend a cleaning specific to your needs.

Emergency patients

We define an emergency patient as one that schedules an appointment for a specific tooth or general area of pain. An emergency appointment consists of only a few x-ray images along with a limited evaluation focusing only on the problem area.

 

Children

Children of all ages are encouraged to come in for routine services beginning when your child starts to develop teeth at 6-months. For very young children, the exam will be geared toward introducing the child to the atmosphere of a dental office.
